At 12:59 a.m. Thursday, DeKalb Police responded to a call of a driver harassing passengers of another car at McDonald’s, 805 W. Lincoln Highway.. Police conducted a field sobriety test and learned the driver, Caitlin N. Montague, 21, of Maple Park, was under the influence of alcohol. Montague was placed under arrest and charged with two counts of DUI. She was later released on bond.
