Blackhawks shouldn’t worry about roster

By Kyle Nabors

How do you spell overrated?

B-y-f-u-g-l-i-e-n.

Yeah, that looks about right.

The salary cap forced the Blackhawks to make a ton of moves this offseason, not all I agree with, but trading Dustin Byfuglien lands at the bottom of the list of transactions that will affect the Blackhawks. Especially when you have Duncan Keith and Brent Seabrook, two guys who just so happen to have been one of the Olympic gold medal-winning Canadian hockey team’s defensive pairings.

That combination has also been a part of the Blackhawks’ line rotation since 2005.

Laugh all you want at Marty Turco, but anyone who thinks that Byfuglien’s departure is the Blackhawks’ biggest problem either just discovered hockey in May or must be a delusional New York Rangers fan.
