Brad Paisley: “Waitin’ on a Woman” music video

Like taking an old pair of comfortable flip flops and adding a few rhinestones to spice them up, in the world of country music entertainment this summer, the best thing was a bit of something old made new. The country music star Brad Paisley took his 2005 song “Waitin’ on a Woman,” and created a stunning music video.

The song itself has a touching message of an older gentleman speaking to a newly married guy about how to not be frustrated when a woman takes longer than she said she would, or if it takes her a half hour extra to get ready. The older gentleman explains that when you love a woman, waiting for her to get ready is worth it, because she will always take your breath away.

In the music video, Paisley is accompanied by Andy Griffith who portrays the wise older gentleman sitting on a bench at the mall explaining to Paisley how waiting around is not all as bad as it seems.

Not only was the music video sweetly indulging, but the song also could be found playing at least three times a day on every country radio station. Combining the fatherly vocal sound of Randy Travis, with the excitement of George Strait, Paisley’s song “Waitin’ on a Woman” was a sweet song to play in the car while on the way to any picnic this summer.
