Marco Alvarez

Marco Alvarez, Photojournalist

Marco Alvarez is a freshman majoring in photography. Some of my favorite things to do during my free time are hanging out with my friends, listening to music while walking on campus, taking photos of the fountain, gooses, mission when I see him, birds, etc that I see. My favorite Netflix show is called Gray’s Anatomy. A fun fact about me is that I have a Siberian Husky named Luna, who is four years old. A favorite quote that I like is “Photography is a way of feeling, of touching, of loving. What you have caught on film is captured forever… It remembers little things, long after you have forgotten everything.” — Aaron Siskind.
