Projected state appropriations for NIU’s operating budget and for the Monetary Award Program, of Senate Bill 2043, House Bill 4539, House Bill 2990, House Bill 6415 and Fiscal Year 2017. The values are in percentages of what NIU and MAP is estimated to spend for FY 2016 once a budget is finalized.
