Signs on the door of 1215 Blackhawk Drive ask authorities not to remove equipment from the building. The location, once the home of both Reilly's and Tequila Roadhouse, has reportedly been operating as a nightclub for private functions. With no liquor or food license, however, the club, known as "Exposure," may be violating several city ordinances.
