NIU pushes to enforce off-campus party rules

NIU’s Department of Student Involvement and Leadership Development is using random compliance checks to ensure student organizations are following regulations that limit the size of off-campus parties, alcohol consumption and the length of parties, among other things. The random compliance checks started this semester.
