Those in the DeKalb area can anticipate a tumultuous start to the week as showers and thunderstorms are forecasted from Tuesday through Thursday.

Tuesday poses a risk of severe thunderstorms, particularly in the afternoon and evening, with the campus area residing in a level 2 out of 5 risk of severe weather. The primary concerns associated with these storms include damaging winds and large hail, with the potential for isolated tornado activity.

It is imperative for members of Huskie Nation to stay vigilant and informed.

As the week progresses into the latter part and the weekend approaches, temperatures are expected to cool down. However, conditions will remain pleasant with clear skies and tranquil weather prevailing. Temperatures are slated to gradually rise as we transition into the following week.
