The Barbed Wire Roller Derby invites you to join their Spooky Screammage Scrimmage event centered around roller derby. The scrimmage will be open to members of the public and event doors will open at 6 p.m. while the first whistle will go off at 6:30 p.m. Tickets will be $5 for regular visitors and free for kids 12 and under.

To celebrate the start of Homecoming Week, join the “Paint the Windows!” event where student organizations around campus will be given a window space in the Holmes Student Center to decorate. Competing organizations have a chance to win event funding credit and be announced at Homecoming Kickoff on Monday. Sign up is required for this event.

HASTY MEASURES – COMPOSITION CLUB CONCERT
Date and Time: 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. Sunday
Location: Recital Hall, Music Building
The Composition Club invites you to watch its “Hasty Measures” concert where each piece will be written in under 24 hours on Friday and rehearsed in under 24 hours on Saturday. The concert itself will be on Sunday and is free for all to attend.
SALEM LUTHERAN’S TRUNK OR TREAT & CHILI COOK-OFF

Location: Salem Lutheran Church / 1145 DeKalb Ave., Sycamore
Join the members of the Salem Lutheran Church for an afternoon of games, treats and chili as well as a prize for the chili champion. Sign up is required to enter the chili competition and can be done in-person or by calling the church office at (815)-895-9171.
