• At 2 p.m. July 1, theft over $500 was reported to have occurred at the Recreation Center. This case was opened July 3.

• At 11:47 p.m., Isaac Rule, 24, of Olympia Fields, was arrested for criminal trespass to property reported to have occurred at University Village, 847 Russell Rd.

July 4

• At 12:05 a.m. July 3, Isaac Rule, 24, of Olympia Fields, was arrested on an in-state warrant at University Village, 847 Russell Rd.

• At 12:15 a.m., Aaron Young, 24, of Rochelle, was arrested on an in-state warrant at Parking Lot S.

• At 12:01 a.m. April 4, 2011, criminal sexual assault was reported to have occurred at Douglas Hall. This case was opened July 4.

• At 6:47 p.m., Laurice Puckett, 39, of DeKalb, was arrested on an in-state warrant at 1100 N. Annie Glidden Rd.

Tuesday

• At 12:01 a.m. April 4, 2011, criminal sexual assault was reported to have occurred at Douglas Hall. This case was closed by exception Tuesday.

• At 12:15 a.m., Andrej Jestafie, 42, of Rockford, was arrested for resisting, obstructing or disarming an officer reported to have occurred at South Annie Glidden Road and Knolls Street.

• At 3:35 p.m., Angel Randle, 33, of DeKalb, was arrested on an in-state warrant reported to have occurred at Emergency Planning and Management, 375 Wirtz Dr.

Wednesday

• At 1:10 a.m., Daniel Ornelaz, 20, of Aurora, was arrested for illegal possession of alcohol by a minor and possession of cannabis 30 grams and under reported to have occurred at Edgebrook Drive and Blackhawk Road.

Thursday

• At 11:05 a.m. July 9, theft $500 and under was reported to have occurred at Northern View Apartments, One Northern View Circle. This case is open.
