Narayan S. Hosmane, board of trustees professor in chemistry and biology at N.I.U., presents on Tuesday night at the STEM Teen Read: The Fault In Our Stars at Graham Hall. He spoke primarily about the element Boron, calling it a “miracle element”, that may help lead to medical discoveries. The evening was presented by John Green’s novel “The Fault In Our Stars”, a story about two teenagers that meet at a cancer support group for kids.
