Sunday

• At 1:26 a.m., DeKalb Police observed a fight start in the 900 block of Regent Drive. The officer heard a loud crash and saw the passenger side mirror of a vehicle was damaged. Witnesses in the area told police a woman, Monique P. Bond, 21, of DeKalb, had accused them of fighting with her brother and had attempted to kick someone, hitting the mirror instead. Bond was located and placed under arrest. She was taken to the DeKalb Police Station and later released on bond.

• At 1:44 a.m., DeKalb Police responded to a residence in the 800 block of Regent Drive for a report of fighting in the city. The report stated nine people were fighting in a parking lot and had begun damaging a car. Upon arrival, police observed no one was fighting in the parking lot. Officers spoke with several individuals who all denied striking the vehicle. One individual, Deandera T. Bond, 19, of Chicago, told police he was involved in the fight and had been drinking. Bond was arrested and charged with unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor. He was taken to the DeKalb Police Station and later released on bond.
