1-2 slices multi-grain bread (or whatever)


Olive Oil


Red pepper flakes


Salt

Slice up avocado and pile onto slice(s) of toasted bread.
Drizzle on a small amount of olive oil and add a pinch or two of
salt and red pepper flakes. More savory than a fruit cup, this
quick meal will keep those mid-class pangs at bay.
