April 21, 2016

The following was taken directly from area police and fire department records, or from DeKalb County court records. Anyone mentioned is presumed innocent until proved guilty in a court of law.

April 10

• Casey M. Zelko, 20, of DeKalb, was charged with consumption of alcohol as a minor.

• Jerrvon Ewing, 22, of DeKalb, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol.

• Jovon Young, 22, of Aurora, was charged with no driver’s license.

• Dana L. Boyd, 28, of Sycamore, was charged with retail theft.

April 11

• Cortez Wraggs, 21, of Chicago, was charged with obstructing identification and resisting a peace officer.

• Arricka S. Kizer, 25, of DeKalb, was charged with illegal insurance card.

April 12

• Mercedes E. Foster, 26, of DeKalb, was charged with possession of cannabis.

• Michael N. Thornhill, 28, of DeKalb, was charged with manufacturing/delivery of cannabis more than 500 grams, manufacturing/delivery of cannabis more than 500 grams near a school, manufacturing/delivery of cannabis 30-500 grams, manufacturing/delivery of controlled substances, possession of drug paraphernalia, two counts of possession of cannabis, two counts of possession of controlled substance and conspiracy to sell to a minor.

April 13

• James S. Mayes, 31, of DeKalb, was charged with two counts of criminal trespassing to land and two counts of domestic battery.

• Dwaine B. Hampton, 18, of DeKalb, was charged with two counts of domestic battery.

• Latrell L. Hightower, 19, of DeKalb, was charged with two counts of domestic battery.
