Tuesday

At 9:38 p.m., officers on patrol observed and recognized a motorist who had been arrest two weeks prior for driving with a suspended license. Following a traffic stop at 100 S. Second St., Raul Ramos-Montoya, 28, was charged with driving with a suspended license and was released on bond.

Officers were dispatched to 1811 N. First St. for fraudulent charges on a debit card. The victim advised the card was used for online purchases that the victim did not authorize. An investigation was started.
