Tuesday

At 4:05 p.m., DeKalb Police responded to the 1100 block of Rushmore Drive. Upon arrival, officers observed a known individual. A check revealed that Phillip Weaver, 28, of DeKalb, had an active warrant. Weaver was arrested and taken to the DeKalb Police Station. He was later transported to DeKalb County Jail.

At 7:09 p.m., DeKalb Police in the 1600 block of Sycamore Road observed a vehicle with expired registration. The officer performed a traffic stop and found the driver, Darrell Nelson II , 22, of DeKalb, was driving with a suspended license. Nelson was arrested and taken to the DeKalb Police Station. He was later released on bond.

Wednesday

At 12:23 a.m., DeKalb Police on the 700 block of South First Street observed a vehicle cross the center line. A license plate check revealed the license plates belonged to a different vehicle whose owner had a suspended driver's license. The officer performed a traffic stop and found the owner, Alexander J. Robinson, 19, of Malta was driving the vehicle. Robinson was arrested and taken to the DeKalb Police Station. He was later released on bond.

• Diandre C. Smith, 27, of DeKalb, was charged with violating a noise control regulation.

• Michael A. Claney, 23, of DeKalb, was charged with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol and manufacturing/delivery of cannabis 30-500 grams.

• John D. Huggins, 27, of DeKalb, was charged with aggravated battery and two counts of domestic battery.

• Raul A. Garza, 23, of Lemont, was charged with fighting within the city.

• Casey A. Trent, 23, of Lemont, was charged with fighting within the city.

• Theresa K. Grecu, 48, of DeKalb, was charged with driving on a suspended/revoked license.
