DeKALB — DeKalb Police Department officials are investigating a Thursday armed robbery at the Stadium View II apartment complex, 1315 W. Lincoln Highway.

The incident was reported to have occurred at about 11:30 p.m. after which the suspect was believed to have fled the scene southbound of the area. The suspect displayed a handgun. No injuries were reported as a result of the incident.

The suspect is described as a mixed-race male with a thin build about 5 feet 11 inches tall wearing a black mask, black hoodie and dark jeans, according to an Oct. 12 Facebook post made by the DeKalb Police Department.
