Summer s’mores recipe

Bring the tase of summer to the next award show viewing party with small, sweet s’mores bites.

Supplies:

• 2 cups of graham cracker crumbs

• ½ cup sugar

• 1 stick of butter, melted

• 16 ounce bag mini marshmallows

• 12 ounce chocolate chips

• Cupcake tin

• Cupcake liners

Steps:

1. Preheat oven to 350 F.

2. Crush 2 cups of graham crackers into fine crumbs.

3. Melt one stick of butter.

4. Add melted butter and sugar to the graham crackers and mix well.

5. Line cupcake tin with cupcake liners.

6. Add a ¼ inch layer of the mixture to each cupcake liner and firmly pat down.

7. Bake for 5 minutes.

8. Add a small handful of chocolate chips and marshmallows on top of the first layer of graham crackers.

9. Add another layer of graham crackers and press down firmly.

10. Bake for another 4 minutes.

11. Add more chocolate chips and marshmallows.

12. Bake 2 to 3 minutes or until golden brown.

13. Let cool for 1 to 2 minutes before removing from cooking tray.
