Ellwood House Museum holds “Saving the Gurler House”

The Ellwood House Museum, 509 N. First Street, will present “Saving the Gurler House” Wednesday at 6 p.m.

“Saving the Gurler House” will focus on the story of the citizens who prevented the Gurler home from demolition. This lecture is part of the museum’s monthly adult lecture series, “Local Lore”, which discusses stories about DeKalb’s history.
