Campus Internet connection returns after 3-hour outage

Update: As of 2:54 p.m., connectivity issues have been resolved, but DoIT is verifying the status of all systems, according to an NIU Tweet.

As of 11:35 a.m. today, the Division of Information Technology experienced an interruption affecting all Internet activity on campus, according to an IT service desk automated message.

The interruption has affected Internet and voice services across campus.

DoIT is working with Cisco to resolve the network connectivity issues, according to an NIU Tweet.
