Valentine’s Day is a time to spread love and happiness – and what better way to do it than with baked goods. Here are some sweet treats that you and your loved ones can enjoy.

Brownie Hugs

If you love chocolate just like I do, then you will love these brownie hug cupcakes. These chocolate brownie hugs will warm your heart on Valentine’s Day.

Materials:

1 box of chocolate brownie mix

1 mini cupcake pan

1 scooper

Cupcake wrappers

Hershey’s Hugs Candies

Directions:

1. Place cupcake wrappers into the mini cupcake pan.

2. Follow the instructions as indicated on the brownie mix box.

3. Scoop half of the brownie mix batter and pour it into the pan.

4. Bake brownies according to the instructions.

5. Remove brownies from the oven once they are finished.

6. Place the Hershey’s Kisses on the center of each brownie.

Chocolate Dipped Pretzels

This is another treat dedicated to all the chocolate lovers out there. If you don’t feel like getting your hands dirty, this is an easy no-bake treat. It’s cute, fun and festive for your honey.

Materials:

Pretzel rods

Chocolate candy melts

1 tall glass

1 bowl

1 sheet of wax paper

1 toothpick

1 container of Valentine’s Day sprinkles

Directions:

1. Place the candy melts in a bowl and heat for 30 seconds in a microwave until melted.

2. Pour the chocolate into the tall glass.

3. Dip pretzels into the chocolate-filled glass.

4. Lay the pretzels onto the wax paper and wait for them to dry.

5. Take one Valentine’s Day sprinkle and put chocolate on the back of it using a toothpick.

6. Stick the sprinkle onto the top of the pretzel.

7. Repeat the process for however many pretzels desired.

Valentine’s Day Heads or Tails Oreos

If you like Oreos and want to add a splash of color to your Valentine’s Day, try this colorful treat.

Materials:

1 bag of pink candy melts

1 bag of white candy melts

1 bag of red candy melts

1 container of Heads or Tails Oreos

Valentine’s Day sprinkles

3 plastic bowls

1 sheet of wax paper

Directions:

1. Lay out your Oreos on the sheet of wax paper.

2. Pour each bag of candy melts in each of the separate bowls.

3. Heat each bowl of candy melts in the microwave until melted.

4. Dip each Oreo into the candy melt of your choice.

5. Place the dipped Oreo onto the wax paper.

6. Sprinkle the Valentine’s Day sprinkles onto the Oreo.

7. Repeat the process for however many Valentine’s Day Heads or Tails Oreos desired.

These easy yummy Valentine’s Day treats are fun and will definitely get you in the holiday spirit. You can make them by yourself, with a loved one or with family and friends.
