Police Report: Nov. 5-9

Nov. 5

1. At noon Sept. 24, two counts of delivery or possession with intent to deliver were reported to have occurred at Stevenson North. On Nov. 5, Michael Z. Montgomery, 19, of Naperville, was charged.

2. At 5:30 a.m., possession of cannabis 30 grams and under was reported to have occurred at Stevenson South. This case was closed by exception.

Friday

3. At noon Sept. 24, four counts of delivery or possession with intent to deliver were reported to have occurred at Stevenson North. At 11:50 a.m. Friday, Michael R. Kielhack, 20, of Elgin, and at 10:30 p.m. Friday, Thomas P. Quirke, 19, of Aurora, were each charged with two counts of delivery or possession with intent to deliver.

4. At 10:59 p.m., criminal damage to government supported property was reported to have occurred at Altgeld Hall. This case was suspended Friday.

5. At noon, criminal trespass to residence was reported to have occurred at 121 Caroll Avenue. This case was referred to another agency.

6. At 12:45 a.m., Mikhail S. Savenko, 27, of Keizer, Ore., was charged with disorderly conduct and a hate crime reported to have occurred at the Holmes Student Center.

7. At 6 p.m., possession of cannabis 30 grams and under, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug equipment were reported to have occurred at Stevenson South. This is open.

Saturday

8. At 4:09 p.m. Oct. 28, a dog or other animal bite was reported to have occurred at Barsema Hall. This case was declared unfounded Saturday.

9. At 1 a.m., possession of drug equipment was reported to have occurred at Lot 12. This case was closed by exception.

Monday

10. At noon Sept. 29, credit card fraud was reported to have occurred at New Residence Hall West. This case was opened Monday.

11. At 8:30 p.m. Nov. 4, theft $500 and under was reported to have occurred at Gilbert Hall. This case was declared unfounded Monday.

12. At 4 p.m. Friday, theft $500 and under was reported to have occurred at Stevenson North. This case was suspended Monday.

13. At 2 p.m., theft $500 and under was reported to have occurred at the Recreation Center. This case is open.
