March 29

1. At 1:25 a.m., illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor was reported to have occurred at the Recreation Center. This case was closed by exception.

March 31

2. At noon March 29, harassment by telephone was reported to have occurred at Stevenson South. At 10:35 p.m. Tuesday, Marcus Matlock, 20, of Rockford, was charged.

3. At noon March 20, theft $500 and under was reported to have occurred at New Residence Hall Community Center. This case was suspended Tuesday.

4. At 8:30 p.m., possession of cannabis 30 grams and under and three counts of possession of drug equipment were reported to have occurred at Grant North. This case was closed by exception.
