Out on a Whim’s owner considered retiring once the shop hit its 15th anniversary, but he’s decided to stay.

The anniversary of the store, 127 E. Lincoln Highway, is March 2. Owner Kenny Weinstock said despite considering retiring after his 15th year, he decided he wanted to keep the store open and will work for at least another five years.

The shop is celebrating its 15th anniversary with a 15 percent off storewide sale, according to a Facebook post. Piercings are on sale for $25 including starter jewelry, according to the post.
