NIU offers $20 student fan package for 2014 MAC Championship football game

NIU will sell a student fan bus package to the MAC Championship as the Huskies face the Bowling Green Falcons Friday at Ford Field in Detroit.
The $20 packages include a coach bus ride to Ford Field, dinner at Rub BBQ Pub in Detroit, one student game ticket and a coach bus ride back to DeKalb. No liquids will be allowed on the bus and bags will be searched. The buses will return to DeKalb immediately after the game.
Students will check in 9:30 a.m. Friday at the Convocation Center, Entrance 5. Only students in good judicial standing may participate. The name on the ticket must match the OneCard presented at check-in.
The packages may be purchased 1 p.m. today to 1 p.m. Wednesday or until they are sold out. To purchase the student fan bus package, go to niutickets.com. Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. Call 815-753-1421 for more information.
