Tuesday

• At 6:35 p.m., officers went to Neptune North for a report of harassment. Brian M. Winkel, 18, of Batavia, was arrested for harassment through electronic communications.

• At 11 p.m., officers at Grant Towers North contacted an individual in regard to a report of an attempted drug sale. David B. Rice, 19, of Evanston, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, unlawful delivery of methamphetamine, possession of cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia.
