The following was taken directly from area police and fire department records, or from DeKalb County court records. Anyone mentioned is presumed innocent until proved guilty in a court of law.

Oct. 21

• Jordan C. Hopkins, 21, of Sycamore, was charged with drug delivery or possession with intent to deliver and possession of a controlled substance.

• Alexander J. Einwich, 27, of South Elgin, was charged with domestic battery.

Oct. 22

• Kyndal C. Meeks, 21, of Aurora, was charged with drug delivery or possession with intent to deliver.

• Drew W, Meyer, 23, of Gunnison, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and an in-state warrant.

• Brian A. Klaczek, 22, of DeKalb, was charged with possession of cannabis 30 grams and under, possession of drug paraphernalia and contributing to delinquency.

• Keara S. Scott, 19, of DeKalb, was charged with an in-state warrant.

• Kyle S. Hagemeier, 19, of DeKalb, was charged with aggravated assault and domestic battery.

• Samuel Villmeus, 29, of DeKalb, was charged with obstructing justice/identity and an in-state warrant.

Wednesday

• Rayvon M. Johnson, 20, of Bolingbrook, was charged with forgery and obstructing justice/identity.

• Paris Jarrell Winters, 20, of Homewood, was charged with home invasion and mob action.

• Michael C. Harris, 21, of DeKalb, was charged with an in-state warrant.

• Carlos A. Ramirez, 18, of DeKalb, was charged with possession of cannabis 30 grams and under and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Demetric D. Starling, 27, of DeKalb, was charged with having a disorderly house.
