Sept. 23

• Cynthia E. Warren, 26, of DeKalb, was charged with aggravated criminal sexual abuse and predatory criminal sexual assault of a child.

• While on patrol, an officer was flagged down in regard to two pit bulls near 230 W. Hillcrest Drive. An investigation was started and Cynthia Ramon, 36, of DeKalb, was charged with dog at large.

• Officers were dispatched to Walmart, 2300 Sycamore Road, for a report of a retail theft suspect in custody. An investigation was started and Brennan C. Dewild, 24, of Kingston, was charged with retail theft and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Lloyd Harding, 49, of DeKalb, was arrested on an in-state warrant.

Sept. 24

• Lydia Chasteen-Rogers, 23, of DeKalb, was charged with financial exploitation of elderly/disabled.

• Steven M. Pagano, 41, of DeKalb, was charged with a disorderly house.

• Tina M. Losey, 46, of DeKalb, was charged with obstructing justice/identity.

• Lenardo A. Perkins, 33, of DeKalb, was charged with trespassing to land.

• Lydia Chasteen-Rogers, 23, of DeKalb, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Ty Johnson, 64, of Sycamore, was arrested on an in-state warrant.

• Glenn D. Ouellette, 62, of Sycamore, was charged with a violation of order of protection.

Sept. 26

• Krystal C. White, 25, of DeKalb, was charged with retail theft at Walmart, 2300 Sycamore Road.

• Christina D. Koulis, 18, of Cortland, was charged with domestic battery.

• Amber L. Adams, 25, of DeKalb, was charged with retail theft at Walmart, 2300 Sycamore Road.

• Jerrell L. Holmes, 22, of DeKalb, was charged with criminal damage to property and domestic battery.

• Jeremy K. Fordyce, 20, of Cortland, was charged with retail theft.

• Nathan H. Myers, 29, of DeKalb, was charged with disorderly conduct, unlawful use of a weapon and an in-state warrant.

• Jazzinae S. Chestine, 21, of DeKalb, was charged with a disorderly house.

• Jordan L. Speer, 20, of DeKalb, was charged with liquor possession as a minor.

• Benjamin L. Slonek, 25, of Downers Grove, was charged with disruptive intoxication.

• Jannie Grant, 29, of Richton Park, was charged with credit card fraud and deceptive practices.

• Leah D. Reeves, 20, of DeKalb, was charged with liquor consumption by a minor.

• Stephen M. Harris, 23, of DeKalb, was charged with a disorderly house.

• Lamern Anjanette Craig, 26, of West Chicago, was charged with trespassing to land.

• Shimika T. Jones, 26, was charged with theft under $500.

• Kimbrielle Alia Chiles, 20, of Hillside, turned herself in on an in-state warrant.

• Juan I. Camacho, 58, of DeKalb, turned himself in on an in-state warrant.

• Jessica N. Casey, 29, of DeKalb, was charged with domestic battery.

• Joshua Harris, 20, of Oswego, was charged with liquor possession as a minor.

• Cassandra N. Lambert, 19, of DeKalb, was charged with a disorderly house.

• Dion J. Jackson, 18, of DeKalb, was charged with a disorderly house.

• Christopher J. Leifel, 22, of DeKalb, was charged with disruptive intoxication.

• Tracy S. Conner, 31, of McHenry, turned herself in on an in-state warrant.

Sunday

• Nathaniel L. Glass, 27, of DeKalb, was charged with domestic battery.

• Officers responded to Rosy’s Roadhouse, 930 Pappas Drive, for a call of disorderly conduct. An investigation was started and Marcus A. Hayes, 22, of Sycamore, was charged with criminal damage to property.

• Maurice M. Johnson, 18, of DeKalb, was charged with possession of cannabis 30 grams and under.

• Anthony V. Saucedo, 24, of DeKalb, was charged with domestic battery.

Monday

• Freddie L. Jackson, 21, of DeKalb, was charged with retail theft at Walmart, 2300 Sycamore Road.

• Steven J. McKinnes, 33, of DeKalb, was charged with simple battery, criminal damage to property and resist, obstruct and disarm an officer.
