The following conversation allegedly took place between Mark Orozco and Richard Van Arsdale III via text message and was read by Phil Montgomery, DeKalb County assistant state’s attorney, during a bond hearing for Orozco Thursday morning.

Orozco to Van Arsdale: “I should go shoot that place up.”

Van Arsdale to Orozco: “[Expletive], I’ll drive, bust their glass door open.”

Orozco to Van Arsdale: “I’m down for real, hold up, finding a ride back to my place.”

Van Arsdale to Orozco: “Man, let’s shoot that place up, bro. Real quick good old drive by [expletive] probably sleeping anyway.”

Orozco to Van Arsdale: “I’m like for real though, dog.”

Van Arsdale to Orozco: “I’m dead serious too. I told those [expletive] we would be back.”
