City police blotter for Aug. 23

The following was taken directly from area police and fire department records, or from the DeKalb County court records. Anyone mentioned is presumed innocent until proved guilty in a court of law.

At 12:04 a.m. Sunday, DeKalb Police were called to Lord Stanley’s, 142 E. Lincoln Highway, for criminal trespassing. Police arrested Eric P. Theissing, 24, of Cortland and charged him with criminal trespassing. He was later released on bond.

At 4:05 a.m. Sunday, DeKalb Police were called to Wal-Mart, 2300 Sycamore Road, for an alleged theft. Police arrested Shawn R. Rosenbach, 36, of DeKalb, and charged him with theft. He was later taken to the DeKalb County Jail.

At 6:43 a.m. Friday, Sycamore Police stopped a vehicle in the 400 block of Center Cross Street. Police learned Antonio Ramirez, 28, of DeKalb had a revoked license. Police arrested Ramirez for possession of drug paraphernalia, driving with a revoked license and driving without insurance. He was later released on bond.
