Police are looking for three suspects who reportedly robbed a man and his girlfriend at knife-point Sunday morning.

The couple, who is from out of town, was walking in the 800 block of Edgebrook Drive about 12:45 a.m. when they were approached by three suspects who knocked one victim to the ground after asking for change. One of the suspects then pulled out a knife and took money and a cell phone from the male victim, and ran westbound, according to DeKalb Police reports.

The suspects are described as three black males. The suspect who displayed the knife is described between 5-feet-8-inches and 5-feet-11-inches tall, wearing a black and red hoodie with stripes on it, blue jeans and short hair.

The other two men had black hoodies with designs on them and blue jeans. One of the men also had a bandana over his face during the robbery, and the other man had 2-inch long dreadlocks.

DeKalb Police Lt. Gary Spangler said the case is still being investigated and investigators are following up on some leads. Spangler did not know the type of knife used in the robbery.
