NCNTF said it received information that the man would be transporting cocaine from the Chicago area to DeKalb.

Garcia was arrested and charged with unlawful delivery of a controlled substance, a Class X enhanced felony; unlawful possession of a controlled substance, a Class X felony; and unlawful possession of a controlled substance, a Class 4 felony.

Garcia is being held in DeKalb County Jail with bond set at $200,000.
