This week is the beginning of Capricorn season! We may start formulating our New Year’s resolutions now under the influence of this earth sign as we long for structure, progress and peace of mind. Do something to ground yourself this week, such as yoga or making tea.

Take a step back. This winter break has done so much good for you so far, but you’re still learning to trust the process. Try to chill out this week as you reap the benefits of your hard work, and then allow yourself to keep pushing on afterward.

Eat some soul food. Lately you’ve been making great progress in your personal endeavors, but this means you deserve to relax even more than before. Some may see you as food-motivated, but in truth, you simply always strive to experience fine dining. Allow yourself that pleasure!
Gemini (May 21 to Jun. 20)
Release your inner chaos. The holidays have you stressed out (understandably), and you might be unsure how to calm down. If you have the means, therapy will do you a world of good. If this is inaccessible to you, try visual art, such as finger painting, as an outlet.
