The following was taken directly from the University Police. Anyone mentioned is presumed innocent until proved guilty in a court of law. The University Police Department provides police reports on the Web at finfacil.niu.edu/PublicSafety.

At 1:34 p.m. on March 30, an officer was dispatched to Douglas Hall in regard to a report of criminal damage. The officer met with the complainant and took a report. On Monday, The individual was referred to the Office of Community Standards and Student Conduct for criminal damage.

At 2:40 p.m., an officer was dispatched to the parking deck in regard to a report of criminal damage. The officer met with the complainant and took a report. This case is open pending further investigation.

At 6:03 p.m., an officer was dispatched to Stevenson Complex in regard to a report of disorderly conduct. The officer made contact with the individual in question. The individual had an active arrest warrant for failure to appear in court on a charge of disorderly house. Adale Cross, 19, was arrested and transported to the DeKalb County Jail.
