• At 7:46 p.m. DeKalb Police received a report of a wanted individual at a residence in the 1000 block of East Lincoln Highway. Upon arrival, officers spoke with the tenant of the apartment, who granted them access to search for the individual, Thomas R. Rabelo, 39, of DeKalb. Rabelo was located on the roof of the residence and arrested. He was taken to the DeKalb Police Station and later released on bond.
