April Fools Day occurred Tuesday and is a time for people to prank or get pranked by friends and family.
NIU students provided their thoughts on whether they would rather be pranked or be the pranker and what prank they would pull.
Haley Heckermann, a junior management major, put edible glitter in her boss’s drink.
Q: “On April Fools Day, would you rather be the pranked one or the person pranking?”
A: “Definitely being the pranker.”
Q: “So, who is the first person you would pick to prank and what prank would you do?”
A: “I pranked my boss by putting edible glitter in his drink. Yeah, he wouldn’t put his drink anywhere near me again.”
Monica Vazquez, a senior human resources major, would prank her roommate.

A: “I would choose to prank my roommate and I’d probably prank her with me being fired from work. We kind of work at a competitor with each other, so it would kind of be cool to do that.”
