DeKalb Easter Egg Hunt

By Sarah LaLond

DeKalb County will have its annual Easter Egg Hunt this Saturday, April 20. The hunt begins at 10:45 a.m. outside the Hopkins Shelter House. Although there’s no fee, it’s encouraged that participants donate items to Safe Passage, a domestic violence shelter.

The hunt is for children ages two to 10, with designated areas for children to search based on age.

Before the hunt, have Breakfast with the Bunny in the Hopkins Terrace Room. The breakfast is catered by Fatty’s, with a visit from the bunny from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. The price of breakfast for children over two and adults is $7 per person. Register ahead of time for the breakfast here.
