Here’s what some NIU students had on their playlists this week.
Junior communications major Randolfo Torrez said his favorite song is “All We Need” by Raury. Torrez said his favorite music is Hip Hop or R&B.
“I grew up with Hip Hop music,” Torrez said. “As I got older I’ve been into opening up my taste in music.”
“Pop music is always changing and part of the new form of the generation,” said senior communications major Jordan Williams. “It never sounds like the song before it so that’s why it’s my favorite.”
Williams said she loves the song “The Way You Make Me Feel,” by Michael Jackson.
“My favorite song right now is Hands to Myself by Selena Gomez,” said sophomore marketing major Kelsey McKinney. “My favorite kind of music is Hip Hop because it’s fun to dance to and the up beat lifts people’s spirits.
