Tuesday

• Gladys F. Hernandez-Marciano, 20, of DeKalb, was charged with leaving the scene/failure to report an accident.

• James S. Mayes, 30, of DeKalb, was charged with two charges of domestic battery and obstructing identification.

• Antoine M. Deberry, 19, of Chicago, was charged with aggravated fleeing of police more than 21 mph.

• Tyrone L. Edwards, 35, of DeKalb, was charged with driving with a revoked/suspended license.
