Oct. 12

• Levon Ozier, 21, of DeKalb, was charged with two counts of domestic battery, interfering with reporting of domestic violence, obstructing identification, resisting or obstructing a peace officer and unlawful restraint.

• Seleena Yvonne Vilchez, 20, of Chicago, was charged with disorderly house.

• Tyesha N. Stephens, 27, of DeKalb, was charged with two counts of domestic battery.

• Vany Y. Melgoza-Flores, 28, of DeKalb, was charged with a biting animal.

• Jaylon M. Hughes, 19, of DeKalb, was charged with a fictitious or unlawfully altered identification card.

Oct. 13

• Michael A. Hodges, 32, of Rockford, was charged with manufacturing/delivering of a schedule II controlled substance in an other amount and delivery of controlled, counterfeit or look alike substance to persons under 18.

• Christopher Charles McDonald, 27, of Chicago, was charged with battery/bodily harm.

• Malcolm Xavier Hagger, 18, of DeKalb, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Michael Jesse Pearse, 21, of DeKalb, was charged with possession of cannabis.

• Jefferey Micheal Phipps, 18, of DeKalb, was charged with possession of cannabis.

Oct. 14

• Elizabeth A. Sams, 27, of Springfield, was charged with battery and theft.

• Harry Garnett, 21, of DeKalb, was charged with disorderly house.

• Nicholas S. Tyler, 24, of Rochelle, was charged with driving on suspended or revoked license.

Oct. 15

• Tyree M. Burgess, 20, of DeKalb, was charged with no driver’s license.

• Rafeal D. Jefferson, 25, of Maywood, was charged with driving on a suspended or revoked license.

• Andrea Velazquez, 18, of Calumet City, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Alexandra V. Swatkowski, 23, of DeKalb, was charged with possession of cannabis.

• Krystal L. Wilson, 23, of DeKalb, was charged with a disorderly house.
