• Ryan A. Staelgraeve, 20, of Oswego, was charged with possession of alcohol as a minor.

• Austin Allen Repp, 19, of Gray Summit, was charged with possession of alcohol as a minor.

• Damian Almaraz, 21, of DeKalb, was charged with disorderly house.

• Ramiro Aguilar Carrasco, 25, of Waukegan, was charged with possession of a controlled substance.

• Michael J. Mooney, 36, of DeKalb, was charged with driving under the influence of drugs and possession of a controlled substance.

• Barry J. Glaudel, 24, of Byron, was charged with public indecency sex.

• Keyon F. Matthews, 34, of Chicago, was charged with driving on a suspended/revoked license.

Sept. 13

• Brett W. Hessenauer, 21, of Sugar Grove, was charged with disruptive intoxication.

• Mauricio Castro-Lopez, 19, of Chicago, was charged with fighting within the city.

• Jeff D. Johnson, 24, of DeKalb, was charged with disruptive intoxication.

• Luis Centeno, 18, of DeKalb, was charged with aggravated domestic battery/strangling, consumption of alcohol by a minor, domestic battery, interfering with a report of domestic violence, possession of alcohol as a minor and unlawful restraint.

• Abdul M. Farooqui, 20, Palos Hills, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Mohammed Nasan, 19, of Burbank, was charged with consumption of alcohol as a minor.

• Carlos Matthew Rodriguez, 26, of DeKalb, was charged with possession of cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Sept. 14

• Thomas A. Humes, 27, of DeKalb, was charged with possession of cannabis.

• Christopher J. Schneider, 23, of Richwood, was charged with soliciting without a license.

• Lance Anthony Selleaze, 23, of DeKalb, was charged with possession of cannabis less than 2.5 grams and no driver’s license.

• Javarus D. Jacobs, 27, of DeKalb, was charged with criminal damage to property and domestic battery.

• Andrew J. Wood, 19, of DeKalb, was charged with false report of offense.

• Eric A. Harris, 23, of DeKalb, was charged with criminal trespass to land.

• Jacqueline Adamiak, 24, of DeKalb, was charged with disorderly house.
