City Police Report Sept. 11 – 13

Sept. 11

• A minor was charged with retail theft.

• Erica K. Ensign, 40, of DeKalb, was charged with domestic battery.

• Kenneth A. Floto, 28, of Dixon, was charged with an in-state warrant.

• Arthur Bettis, 47, of DeKalb, was charged with retail theft.

Sept. 12

• Eulean C. Smith, 26, of DeKalb, was charged with criminal damage to property.

• Bajram Spahijoski, 35, of DeKalb, was charged with a noise complaint.

• An officer responded to the Phi Sigma Kappa, 1300 Blackhawk Road, for a report of a noise complaint. A caller had been threatened by members of a fraternity, according to police. An investigation was started and Brian V. Barbaglia, 21, of Wauconda, was charged with a disorderly house.

• Jesse A. Frampton, 24, of DeKalb, was charged with trespassing at a residence and an in-state warrant.

Sept. 13

• Preston M. Williams, 27, of DeKalb, was charged with disruptive intoxication.

• Jordan M. Armstrong, 19, of Sycamore, was charged with liquor possession as a minor.

• Ashley Wyatt, 21, of DeKalb, was charged with endangering the life or health of a child and an in-state warrant.

• Kimberly S. Lovett, 20, of DeKalb, was charged with retail theft and trespassing.

• Arthur Bettis, 47, of DeKalb, was charged with simple battery and domestic battery.

• Jovon T. Payne, 20, of DeKalb, was charged with a disorderly house.

• Randall R. Foster, 37, of DeKalb, was charged with trespassing.
