If you could change your squad car into any vehicle to use, which would you choose?

“A big SUV, like a Cadillac or Lexus. I’d make it comfy.”

If you could go anywhere in the world, where would you go?

“I would visit Guyana in South America, my entire family is from there.”

Activities in your free time?

“I coach the DeKalb/Cortland Lightning traveling baseball team. I have identical twin boys and they both play on it. We’ve been to places like Schaumburg, Northbrook and Plainfield. Right now we’re getting ready for the upcoming season.”

Why did you become a police officer?

“I enjoy the structured environment. Everybody wears a uniform, everybody has a schedule.”

What part of your job did you never expect to do?

“Last summer I did bike patrol. I loved it. You get to ride around and watch everybody. But if you’re only riding on two wheels, you’re going to fall.”
