Some people might be beginning to feel as if there is nothing new on streaming services to entertain them on these anymore. Thankfully, there are a couple new shows to steam premiering soon that sound very entertaining.

One show is called “Sasquatch,” a three-part docu-series that is premiering on Hulu April 20. While the show does deal with the fabled beast, it also details a murder investigation of the 1993 Northern California cannabis country killings of three Mexican men. What is interesting about this investigation, and which ties it into the fabled Bigfoot, is that the murders are only rumored, not confirmed. How these two topics tie together will be unraveled once the show premiers.

For people interested in a show that is pure fiction, the Netflix original “Shadow and Bone” premiering April 23 is the show to watch. An adaptation of the novel of the same name by Leigh Bardugo, the show tells the tale of Alina Starkov, a teenage girl who lives in the Russia inspired war-torn Kingdom of Ravka. Over the course of the fantasy adventure series, viewers will see Alina’s mysterious powers that could save her land come to life.
