Tuesday

  • At 10:04 a.m., an individual’s wallet was found that contained field tested cannabis. The individual received a referral to the Office of Community Standards and Student Conduct for possession of cannabis 30 GM and under.
  • At 3:12 p.m., a subject at Grant South reported his wallet was stolen from his room while he went to take a shower and left his room unlocked. Pending any leads or suspects, this case is administratively closed.

Christopher Jones has been a member of the NIU faculty since 1996. He currently serves as the department chairman and professor of political science and is a candidate for University of Southern Indiana's next Liberal Arts dean.
