April 27

• Danica L. Hoffman, 28, of DeKalb, was charged with disorderly house.

April 28

• Angelica S. Hart, 25, of DeKalb, was charged with two counts of domestic battery.

• Ryan W. Mancillas, 31, of DeKalb, was charged with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol.

April 29

• Whitney A. Cumbo, 20, of DeKalb, was charged with disorderly house.

• Tysean D. Howleit, 27, of DeKalb, was charged with aggravated domestic battery/strangulation and two counts of domestic battery.

• Jared M. Smith, 19, of DeKalb, was charged with disorderly house.

• Alexander Estrada, 24, of DeKalb, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Martina Ramirez-Palmeros, 37, of DeKalb, was charged with no driver’s license.

Saturday

1. At 12:49 a.m., illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor was reported to have occurred at Stevenson North. This case was closed by exception.

2. At 1:10 a.m., illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor was reported to have occurred at Neptune North. This case was closed by exception.

3. At 1:45 p.m., fraud was reported to have occurred at the East Tailgate. This case was closed by exception. At the same time and place, Fabio A. Schmelzle, 18, of Chicago, was charged with illegal possession of alcohol by a minor.

4. At 2:05 p.m., Tristan J. Funk, 19, of New Lennox, was charged with illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor reported to have occurred at Stadium Drive East and Stadium Drive South.

5. At 3 p.m., criminal sexual assault was reported to have occurred at Delta Chi, 908 Greenbrier Road. This case was referred to another agency.

6. At 1 p.m., battery was reported to have occurred at East Tailgate. This case was suspended.

Monday

7. At noon Aug. 1, motor vehicle theft was reported to have occurred at the Convocation Center. This case was opened Monday.

8. At 3:30 a.m., obstructing identification was reported to have occurred at Gideon Court Apartments, 1325 W. Lincoln Highway. This case was referred to another agency.

9. At 9 a.m. Sept. 12, theft $500 and under was reported to have occurred at the Holmes Student Center. This case was suspended Monday.

10. At 1:25 p.m., Robert B. Phillips Jr., 73, of Wonder Lake, was charged with an in-state warrant reported to have occurred at Castle Drive and College Avenue.

11. At 9 a.m. Sept. 21, deceptive practices were reported to have occurred at 615 Lucinda Ave. This case was opened Monday.

12. At 7 a.m. Sunday, credit card fraud was reported to have occurred at 7-Eleven, 930 N. Annie Glidden Road. This case was opened Monday.

13. At 9:30 p.m., possession of cannabis 30 grams and under and possession of drug equipment were reported to have occurred at Neptune North. This case was closed by exception.
