Buckle up, friends. The astrological events taking place this week include, but are not limited to, Mercury retrograde, Venus retrograde continuing its own backward ballet, shift into Aquarius season and Monday’s recent full moon in Cancer. Expect your technology to fail and your conversations to be less than sparkling.

Aries (March 21 to April 19)

Don’t ask too much of yourself. You have a near impenetrable ego and you are wildly independent. Know that it’s OK to need help. Humble yourself and ask for it! It can only bring you more success in the future. Relax this week by doing a water-related activity (taking a bath, visiting a beach or lake, etc.). This will help to balance the natural fire within you.

Taurus (April 20 to May 20)

Practice mindfulness. Even if you’re the most intelligent person in any given room, you might lack in common sense or self-awareness. Try meditation in the morning and see if this shifts your mindset any differently. Slowing down on basic tasks will help you remember any oft-forgotten steps that you usually leave behind when you’re rushed.

Gemini (May 21 to June 20)

You have rock-hard resolve. If someone asks something of you, you muster up all determination and find a way to get it done. This makes you flexible in a unique way; however, this flexibility can be stretched too far. You can (and probably do) overwork yourself. Save some of this can-do attitude for yourself — it’s OK to be selfish sometimes.

Cancer (June 21 to July 22)

Are you overwhelmed? Fear not. If you have access to therapy, take advantage of it. If therapy is unavailable to you, still reach out to someone and let them know why you’re stressed. They may not have all the answers, but they will have your back and might help you come up with a game plan to make your life a little bit easier. 

Leo (July 23 to Aug. 22)

What was pre-pandemic life like for you? Did you read more books, regularly swim? Rediscover what activities you lost due to the virus and see if they still bring you comfort. Do NOT put yourself in danger just for possible gratification, but instead look to the past for ways to potentially grow or entertain yourself in the future.

Virgo (Aug. 23 to Sept. 22)

You are not invisible. It may despairingly feel like your talents are being wasted while the world struggles to bail itself out of a pandemic. Consider this period as a time to quietly grow and expand your talents, so that when society is “back to normal,” you will blow everyone away with how much more incredible you’ve become.

Libra (Sept. 23 to Oct. 22)

Become limitless. You have clear boundaries you set for yourself, but sometimes those boundaries prevent you from reaching your fullest potential. Breaking out of your shell can be tough, especially for those of you who are introverted, so take it slowly. You may find your greatest success has been closer than you ever believed it could be.

Scorpio (Oct. 23 to Nov. 21)

Are you bored? It can seem as if nothing good or interesting is happening. If that’s the case, find stimulation elsewhere! The world is full of activities and people, and if you’re unable to see any, change your point of view. Remember that boredom is temporary. Eventually, life will pick back up again and you’ll have your hands full of exciting new projects.

Sagittarius (Nov. 22 to Dec. 21)

If it stops serving you, let it go. Despite your sometimes erratic or chaotic nature, you may find yourself scared of the unexpected this week. Humans are creatures of habit, and it will prove beneficial to you to start healthy routines. This begins with a purge in your mentality; take note of what you cannot support with your lifestyle anymore and free yourself of it!

Capricorn (Dec. 22 to Jan. 19)

Happy birth season! There is much to be excited about, so don’t let other people’s pessimism get you down. If you’re happy, let yourself be happy! Celebrate this energy however you can, especially when you don’t feel it as strongly. This can manifest as taking a day to binge watch TV, or perhaps it looks like inventing a fun at-home exercise routine.

Aquarius (Jan. 20 to Feb. 18)

Happy birth season! You may feel like you’ve been sitting in the wings, patiently awaiting the moment you receive your queue to go and tell the world what you’re all about. Know that this insufferable waiting game is almost over. Your ideas demand to be listened to, and your remarkable leadership will be noticed.

Pisces (Feb. 19 to March 20)

Don’t shut yourself off. Usually, some people’s natural response to stress is to hold in all emotions and signifiers of vulnerability.
