Alex Crowe, Assistant Sports Editor

Alex Crowe covers NIU Hockey and is the assistant sports editor for the Northern Star. He is a senior transfer student at NIU majoring in journalism and minoring in sports journalism.

Outside of the Star, he plays for the NIU varsity VALORANT team. He also works as a Level 4 Illinois Hockey Officials Association referee, working all levels of hockey in the state of Illinois. He is a major fan of Chicago sports teams such as the Blackhawks, Bears and Cubs.
